Emilio Borghese produced Pucci style printed dresses from the mid 1960s to late 70s. He had a big presence in ads and covers  with many fashion magazines. The print of this dress is red carnations and starburst flowers on a navy base with green scroll work.. the loose fold over collar is perfect for a pin to be put on it like they did in the 70s. Lose raglan sleeves are slightly shorter then usual often called bracelet length due to the fact that when you were wearing a bracelet it would not snag on the cuff and you can show off the bracelet. The full skirt starts at the empire waist which is sewn on the diagonal. Zips up the back for closure. Measures as follows Shoulders 16, Sleeves 22, Armhole 8, Bust 36, Waist 30, Hips 40, Length 54 excellent condition
