It's ideal as a mid layer, but you can also use it as an outer layer, letting you stack and shed to keep pace with the Midwest weather. PRIMALOFT® SILVER HI-LOFT 80 G/M is efficient insulation that is virtually silent, quick drying and warm even if you get it wet. The safety harness pass-through port allows you to wear a harness closer to your body and add or subtract layers without removing the harness as conditions change. Diagonal hand pockets offer warmth and a comfortable position for long sits and the internal zip chest pockets safely carries small necessities.
