Low in caffeine.  Our Hojicha blend, or Bancha, is crafted by slow-roasting Sencha tea leaves at high temperature. The method of roasting gives this tea a nutty aroma and toasted flavor. Hojicha goes through a four-step process of steaming, drying, shaping, and roasting in order to achieve the perfect balance.
