My story of lemongrass begins when I went to this bubble tea store in Sunset Park, Brooklyn back in 2017. They also had health drinks as well. One of them happened to be a green drink made with lemongrass. At the time, I had no clue what lemongrass was. But what I did know was it smelled fresh with a hint of well, lemon. I had no clue also that there were many health benefits to lemongrass such as it boosts your immune system, digestive systems, helps with insomnia and also treats fevers and infections.
