Men's Group & Cacao Circle with Josh Foxen - Wed, September 17

Join us for a men's circle with ceremonial cacao in a supportive container led by certified coach Josh Foxen. These circles can feature embodiment practices, dyad work, mindful somatic self-inquiry, breathwork, guided meditation, and sharing in community. This event is open to all who identify as a man and are seeking an empowering community of men who want to deepen their connection to self and other. Entry includes a cup of authentic ceremonial cacao, which can support us in finding presence and groundedness. Many also report that it can provide more insight and clarity about the way we're navigating life.
