Men's Group & Cacao Circle with Josh Foxen - Weds, Oct 15

Join us for a men's circle with ceremonial cacao in a supportive container led by certified coach Josh Foxen. These circles can feature embodiment practices, dyad work, mindful somatic self-inquiry, breathwork, guided meditation, and sharing in community. This event is open to all who identify as a man and are seeking an empowering community of men who want to deepen their connection to self and other. Entry includes a cup of authentic ceremonial cacao, which can support us in finding presence and groundedness.
