The name comes from the "auto-rickshaws" that are a common way of getting around in Guatemala. The cacao is grown by a cooperative of family farmers in Lanquin, and prepared into paste by Catarina and her network of Mayan women at Lake Atitlan. Tuk Tuk offers a hint of caramel, slight tart flavor, and smooth energy.
