Recrafting Service (return shipping included)

Please see our warranty details for servicing eligibility. To initiate servicing, please email support@soundergoods.com with photos of straps needing servicing to initiate service. We will confirm servicing and provide instructions to mail in the straps so we may work on them. For repair or replacement of rubber connectors or other servicing needs. Please let us know in your order notes what you would like to have serviced. For eligible items, if a repair isn't possible, we will provide a replacement that is identical or most similar to your original item if it has been discontinued at no cost to you.
