Pumpkin Sage Bisque

Is it possible to be complex and simple at the same time? We believe it is when describing the flavors that honor fresh pumpkin with the subtle mint fragrance of sage. We cook down sweet potatoes with a "Bouquet Garni" of thyme, Italian parsley, bay leaves and black pepper. The discernible palate will catch notes of savory allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg, all finished with perhaps slightly decadent crème fraiche (but you deserve it!).
