Super Greens

Lacto-Fermented garden greens blended with garden celery and basil, extra virgin olive oil, and garlic. The sauce is probiotic from the Lactobacillus via fermentation of the greens which also lends earthiness and overall complexity to the flavor. The herbaceous and tartness of the Super Greens complements beef and other dark meats excellent.
