Dark Matter Coffee: Datura Inoxia

The Datura plant has sweetly scented flowers with a slightly nutty fragrance, which was the main inspiration for the tasting notes behind this blend.  A washed Salvadoran coffee makes up a majority of this blend to create a sweet, peanut butter-like base. This was paired with a natural processed Pacas from Las Marias to add bright, floral notes, which come through more and more as the cup of hot coffee cools down!
