Lotus Foods has been purchasing its Forbidden Rice® from small family farms in the Black Dragon River region of China's sub-arctic Northeast provinces for over 20 years. Cooking Instructions:Combine 1 ¾ cups of water, 1 cup rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
