Toggle Clasp Extender Resizing Exchange service, USA Domestic

Need help resizing your toggle clasp extender purchased from South Paw Studios? This listing is ONLY for clients who have already purchased an extender from South Paw Studios and are within the USA. Instructions are as follows:  Step 1. Add to the cart and complete your purchase. The extender will be customized per our text thread. Please include your phone number when checking out. Step 2. Upon the arrival of your new extender, there will be a prepaid return envelope and label for returning the original extender. Step 3 / Option 1: Testing time! If the new extender works out, use the prepaid label to return the original version. That will close out the transaction. Step 3 / Option 2: If the new one doesn't work out, return them BOTH (using the SASE), and I will issue a full refund for the original toggle clasp + the new one. Step 4.
