Persephone (Butterfly Mint Blend)

This beautiful blend of Butterfly Pea Flowers, Lavender and Mint create a gorgeous blue-green tea that is perfect for a spring day.  Add a splash of lemon and the tea will magically change to a wonderful shade of purple!  Delicious both hot and cold. Ingredients: Peppermint Leaf, Butterfly Pea Flower, Lavender Our tester size will make approximately 3-4 cups of tea, while the Medium bag will average 10-12 cups.  More sizes coming soon! To prepare as a tea, Add 1-2 tsp of blend to a tea strainer or mesh teabag.  Pour 8 oz. boiling water over the blend. Steep 3-8 minutes, strain and serve immediately.  For a stronger flavor, use a larger amount of the tea, do not steep longer than 10 minutes or it may become bitter.  For Iced Tea, Pour 8oz cool water over strainer.  Store in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, serve over ice. *These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and therefore we cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
