Dirty Rimmer

We traveled the country for several years and for much of that we were the ultimate foodies.  No matter the town we went to we looked for the best they had to offer.  One day while in Montana we came across a little bbq joint and the waitress said you have to try our house made margarita, it is the best.  Well being one who loves margaritas, although usually just the ones we make, and one that felt we had a pretty good pallet for good margaritas, I had to try.  When it arrived at the table it had a rimmer on it which was based off their bbq rub.  Although I can say, it wasn't the best margarita I have ever had, what it did was inspire us to create the PERFECT margarita rimmer.  And the Dirty Rimmer was born.
