Refried Beans Packet

Whether it is for a dip, midnight snack or side dish with our tacos or enchiladas, bean dip is a staple in our home. For this packet, we have fine ground dry organic pinto beans or black beans.  Then added our yummy seasoning. Just whisk in the package into 2 1/2 cups boiling water.  Bring back to boil, stirring constantly, once re-boiling turn burner to simmer and cover pot for 8-10 minutes. For added yumminess:  add 1 clove minced garlic and 1/2 cup pepperjack cheese.  Stir and Serve.   Ingredients:  Ground pinto beans*, Taste of Sol Chili Seasoning*, Pink Himalayan Salt (*Organic) Serves 4 as a side dish
