This group is timed for April races including Big Star and Boston?! Starts Mid-January. Spring group training program encompassing of 5 weekly runs - 2 easy, 2 interval, 1 long run. Runs include - easy, long run, fartlek, tempo, marathon pace, hill repeats and intervals. Schedule to be distributed weekly and will be guided based on the progress of the group.
