With a dual head design, the Red Panda 13 printer lays down the colors in a blend of CMYK colors with the first printhead. Then, it uses the second head to lay down a white underbase on top of the colors in perfect alignment, keeping any white from peeking out.  Next, comes the powder. This moisture seeking adhesive powder is added to the back of the transfers.
