Purple Radish Microgreens

Flavor: Juicy with a dry-heat aftertaste that sneaks up on you. Not spicy like a pepper, but a milder bite than a fresh radish root. Not as powerful of a kick as with our daikon radish.  Great for use on top of sandwiches, tacos, and burgers. Goes well in a salad when mixed in with other greens to create a well-rounded taste. All around delightful to the senses, the purple really pops for a creative touch.
