HOW TO PREPARE: Boil 2 cups (16oz) of Spring water Scoop 1 tablespoon of tea into the pot, tea bag or filter Remove from heat and cover if steeping on the stove or pour hot water over herbs in a cup/glass (plastic is not recommended) Steep covered for 15-20 minutes (turn the heat off & steep overnight for stronger pot
