Anise Seeds

Pimpinella anuisum Wonderful licorice flavor and scent. Grows about 18" high with secondary feather-like leaflets of bright green. Used as a culinary spice, oil, and tea.  Direct seed or transplant into the garden after all danger of frost has passed. Anise will need full sun and well-draining soil. Water well to ensure good germination. Once germinated, anise will need at least an inch of water per week. Harvest leaves and flowers. Annual.
