Block Print Handmade Holiday Cards // Sat Nov 23rd

Saturday November 23rd @ 4 pm at the Friends Forever Studio (285 Rantoul St -- Pond St entrance) with Ashlee Beadle Join shop manager Ash (@ashbeadle) as she teaches you how to design a rubber stamp to print your own holiday cards! During this workshop you'll design your own stamp, carve it, and then print it on cards to send out this holiday season. This course will teach you how to use printmaking tools such as linoleum blocks, carving tools, brayers, and barens, and will focus on creating a one color image. All materials and tools will be provided for you. Please come with a design in mind, or a small drawing to replicate on the block.* At the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to bring home their finished carved block and all cards they print!  * You do not need to be an "artist" to attend this class.
