The oven-going YHT-Class deep pan is the best tool on the market to perform deep-dish pastry baking; Milan / Chicago pan pizzas or any börek will be made in a whim with the perfect crust. Suited both for stovetop and oven baking. The product is ENTIRELY cold-forged by hand from a 2mm solid copper sheet, and has no weldings or dead-corners, unlike its French, Italian or Belgian counterparts. NO machines are involved in the process. Because the product seamless and possesses no welding or brazing whatsoever, it will NEVER leak, even after 100+ years of reckless and heavy-duty use.
