Cancellations must be submitted via email or in person at the spa. • Session Rollover: Please note that unused sessions do not carry over to the next month. This membership is designed to ensure you receive consistent, regular massage sessions for the best possible results. • Standard Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation policy applies to all
