Increment 65 The Increment 65 Payload Operations & Integration Center (POIC) Patch represents the work that the ground or “increment teams” do in support of the payload operations on ISS conducted by the Expedition 65 crew. Payload Operations & Integration for NASA payloads is conducted by POIC at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The increment began with the departure of Soyuz MS-17 in April 2021 and ended in October 2021, with the departure of Soyuz MS-18. The POIC patch is designed by a member of the POIC Flight Control team. Approximately  4"
