
33" Templar Crusader Knight of St. John Masonic Sword
Templar are set out to free Jerusalem. The journey to the Holy Land was long. Crusaders endured sickness, thirst, and attacks as they struggled over tough, often desert terrain. However, the Crusades inspired many stories of bravery and honor. The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, founded in Jerusalem following the First Crusade, was charged with the care and defense of pilgrims to the Holy Land. This sword is inspired by the Order of St. John. A red cross is cast within the sword scabbard to exemplify the Christian faith. This is a Masonic Knights of St. John sword. The sword is constructed by 440 stainless steel. The sword is measured at 33.75”, and the blade is measured at 26.75”. The blade of the sword is 440 stainless steel with slightly sharpened edges and a very sharp point. A ridge runs down the center of the blade to a long Ricasso.
