Marissa grew up going to church and heard about Jesus at a young age. She walked away from the truth in middle school after our parents divorced. She dove head first into all the empty things the world had to offer. One sin led to another, and by the age of 23, she had a son who she lost custody of due to the bondage of addiction. But, that isn’t the only thing she lost through the years. She lost her freedom, in and out of jail and on the run for months at a time. She lost her family and any friend left in her life.
