Dancong Bai Cha Bing White Tea Mini Cakes

The wonderful and enduring Shui Xian, traditionally processed as an oolong tea, is now available processed as a white tea and shaped into mini cakes! These mini cakes are about 5g each, and really there isn't enough good things that can be said about them, but I'll list a few: -The flavor is sweet and floral, but not hay-like as many white teas are.  -They can be steeped many, many times and still retain flavor. -This tea is not very partial to different brewing temperatures. It can be brewed at around 190f, which is recommended for most white teas, or at 208f, just off a boil. Tastes great however you want to brew it. Harvested in spring 2024
