Our Song Luo is organically grown high up on Song Luo Mountain in Anhui Province, China. Its leaves are twisted in a manner not unlike that of Bi Luo Chun, with a complex flavor that has notes of spinach and olive, tied together in a smooth, refreshing finish. We recommend brewing Song Luo at 170-180f April 2025 harvest
