Low Calorie Meal Plan - Coach Curated Low Calorie Meal Kit
Our LOW CALORIE MEAL Plan is very simple, we focus on: 1300-1600 Calorie Daily Intake (300- 400 Calories per meal) 3 Meals a Day, which will also help with proper digestion. Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 100g+ of Protein per day) Eating Guides, which incorporates a healthy snack or shake. Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency. In this plan, we choose the Meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes. Packages including protein snacks will recieve a mix of protein oat balls, protein cookies, or protein brownies. Packages including vitamins will recieve either a multivitamin, digestive enzymes, or green superfood veggie smoothie powder.
