Your Healthy Eating Journey Starts Here. Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple. We focus on: Low Calorie Daily Intake (about 1500 Calories Per Day) 3 Meals a Day, which helps with proper digestion. Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 100g+ of Protein per day) Eating Guides, which incorporates a healthy snack or shake. Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency In this plan, we choose the Meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes. Packages including protein snacks will recieve a mix of protein oat balls, protein cookies, or protein brownies. Packages including vitamins will recieve either a multivitamin, digestive enzymes, or green superfood veggie smoothie powder.
