  THE DESIGN PROCESS Design Process & Fees 1. Consultation & Concept • We begin with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your custom jewelry design, including ideas, price points, and materials. • Once the design fee is agreed upon and processed, our design team will create your initial concept—typically within 72 hours. 2. Design Revisions • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with the design, size, or cost, we’ll work with you on revisions until it perfectly meets your vision. • We will not proceed until you are fully satisfied with the design. 3. Production • After design approval, a 50% deposit is required to start production. • Production typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on the design’s complexity. • The remaining balance is due upon notification of project completion. 4. Appraisal & Delivery • Upon completion, your piece is sent to a third-party gemologist for a 72-hour appraisal. • After final payment, your custom piece
