Bourbon Barrel Gin

47% ABV / 94 PROOF St. Augustine Distillery Barrel Finished Gin is made using our New World Gin botanical recipe. It is then transformed into a completely different gin experience by finishing the spirit for a full year in our freshly dumped bourbon barrels. This creates a spectacular barrel-finished gin. COLOR: Raw Honey. NOSE: Warm citrus and baking spice, oak, caramel, vanilla and hints of juniper. TASTE: Orange creamsicle, spicy cinnamon, toasty citrus, vanilla sugar and butterscotch. Warm and nutty finish with hints of licorice, clove and caramel.
