Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky Release 1

The first Scottish rye in over 150 years, we are a true “Field to Bottle” operation growing our own ingredients and distilling all our sustainable spirits from scratch. Reviving the use of the rye grain in a Scotch Whisky production. Using Arantes Rye, Viscount wheat and Odyssey barley all grown on the farm, this rye is then aged in charred American oak barrels and enriched in Pedro Ximenez barrels.
