Our new Medical Insert Tray will fit into any magazine pouch that will hold two (2) AR mags. It will fit snugly, but can be crammed in. A three (3) magazine pouch will allow a better fit. The tray is designed to hold the essentials for combat life saving, including an izzy dressing, H&H compressed gauze, Quick clot combat gauze, TK4 TQ, npa and 14 ga needle.
