A very scarce, complete ten volume pocket edition of MacDonald's Works of Fancy and Imagination. Neatly inscribed on the ffep of the first volume by George MacDonald's son, Greville Matheson MacDonald to Agnes Yarnall, daughter of long-time friend of George MacDonald, Ellis Yarnall.  MacDonald, George. Works of Fancy and Imagination. Vol. I-X. London. Strahan & Co., Publishers. 1871. Variously Paginated. A generally good copy, bound in cloth with some rubbing, through at points, one volume with more substantial fading, a few ships to spine and the bindings generally tender. Very usable, but should be handled with care.
