Derived straight from the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, our cinnamon sticks will add a robust sweet yet mildly spicy flavor to your dishes.  We love throwing a stick in our rice, biryani, soups and stews. When roasted in ghee/oil, cinnamon sticks release their true aroma and give a sweet and earthy flavor.
