Private Placement Memorandums (PPM)

A private placement memorandum (PPM) is a document provided to prospective investors when selling stock or another security in a business.  It is sometimes referred to as an offering memorandum or offering document.  A PPM is a document that identifies the objectives, risks and terms of an investment involved with a private placement capital raise and includes items such as a company's financial statements, management biographies and a description of the business operations.
