Bogdan Model 00 Fly Reel - LHW

A nice Bogdan model 00 salmon reel, set up for LHW. 3 1/4" diameter, this was the Bogdan "grilse" model and weighs in at 10.3oz. Lightly used with some light rim scuffing to the frame anodizing but excellent mechanical condition overall. Double action 2:1 retrieve. The frame and spool are the lovely anodized champagne color. The side plates and the drag button are done in the usual black while the reel foot, serpentine handle, buttons, and nameplate are silver. The reel has the large "take apart" screws that were a particularly clever design and a Bogdan hallmark. Comes with a grey-brown leather bag. Thank the previous owner for thoughtfully breaking in the reel and take this one on your next salmon or steelhead trip.
