Pastorale Fork   Each Pastorale is constructed with 1-1/8" diameter carbon steel pipe transitioning into a solid stainless steel section and stainless steel fork. It weighs 13 pounds and can accommodate a 16" long plate that is a minimum of 6" wide. The fork is wide enough to place your plate onto a standard fire brick. A 5-1/2" cross piece is welded onto the end forming a T handle.
