The relief on the body depicts the strength and size of the rhino, one of the most massive mammals on the planet. Despite their size, Rhinos are herbivores and relatively peaceful, keeping to themselves without any known predators except for mankind. Our Rhino represents the Black & White Rhino, both found in Africa and known for their larger size and larger horn.  The Rhino's horn has led to incessant poaching of all of the rhino species, nearly to extinction.
