Tomorrow Cellars - 2023 Red Blend

A complex, elegant, non-alcoholic red wine grounded in Petite Sirah sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards. Aged 14 months in one-year-old French oak barrels, this alcohol-removed red wine is intentionally lighter in body—a natural result of the absence of ethanol. Reminiscent of a light-styled claret, it offers integrated tannins, subtle oak texture, and notes of cassis, dried herbs, and cocoa. A refined and food-friendly option for guests seeking an authentic red wine experience without the alcohol. Before bottling, a tiny amount of proprietary extract was added to round out the blend and re-awaken the wine's natural fruit and spice notes. We worked with Ian Blessing, Founder of All The Bitter, to curate a custom extract made from whole botanicals and other natural ingredients carefully selected to enhance the depth and complexity of Tomorrow Cellars Red Blend.
