Distilled honey wine with Juniper & other wildcrafted botanicals This Gin-inspired spirit is conjured from the berries of Juniper, the roots of Angelica & Licorice, the seeds of Coriander & Cardamom, the bark of Cinnamon, the flowers of Lavender, the peel of Oranges, and the Honeycomb from our treatment-free bees. Enjoy its warming and spicy notes in a classic Gin & Tonic, a negroni, or with Pixie Honey in a "Bee's Knees" cocktail: 2 ounces gin¾ ounce lemon juice¾ ounce honey syrup (1 Tbsp honey mixed with 1/2 Tbsp warm water) 80 proof  (40%)
