Atico Macabeo 2023

Atico is an award-winning winery and this Macabeo is another star in their collection. While Macabeo isn’t particularly well-known in the US, it is the second most widely planted grape in Spain. Macabeo drinks similarly to a Sauvignon Blanc- on the drier side with excellent acidity and balanced by fruity notes. Atico presents with notes of flowers and fresh-cut grass, balanced with classic citrus lime and passion fruit. We recommend honoring the origin of this Mediterranean White with a zesty salad with fruit and a vinegar-based dressing or grilled shrimp.
