Aged to perfection in award winning Bear Gully Classic Reserve bourbon barrels, this 100% organic and single origin coffee is absolutely amazing. Notes of dark chocolate, oak, cream, and bourbon! We only release in small number to keep the quality as high as it comes!  Our specialty grade African single origin coffee beans with profiles that perfectly coordinate with the bourbon whiskey aroma accurately control the timing of the barrel seasoning, and aging of the coffee beans. The oak whiskey barrels produces an incredibly smooth, slightly-sweet coffee with a complex whiskey finish that has all of the caffeine and none of the whiskey buzz. It's a subtle long lasting balanced note which respectfully doesn't override the coffee profile. Notes of dark chocolate, oak, cream, and bourbon!
