SPECIAL ORDER ITEMMedSpec Archimed® 627 Spinal Brace: The Archimed 627 Spinal Brace is a lumbar orthosis that utilizes a dual pulley-lace closure system to provide a combined 6 to 1 mechanical advantage and has the lowest profile of all the Archimed braces. The anterior and posterior plastic panels work in concert with the pulley-lace closure system to easily generate circumferential compression and stabilize the lower spine in the sagittal plane. The anterior panel is removable and allows for a step down treatment protocol.
