The anterior, lateral and posterior plastic panels work in concert with the pulley-lace closure system to easily generate circumferential compression and stabilize the lumbar spine in the coronal and sagittal planes. The anterior and lateral panels are integrated into the belt and conform to the patient’s anatomy.
