One is the Buddha Hand slice and one is the Regular Whole-root slice. This type of cut is the Regular Whole-Root slice. It is the most simple and cleanest way to provide sliced Dang Gui. Also, while it is common to process Dang Gui with sulfur in order to soften the herb before slicing it, we have our Dang Gui Slices specially processed so that no sulfur or any other additives or preservatives are used when processing the herb.
