Hot Sauce

Created originally for our restaurant's best-selling Grandma's Chicken & Rice, this hot sauce is one of our most popular creations. After our customers got a taste of it they quickly started demanding that we sell it in larger quantities. We are excited to share it with you! How it's made: The sauce is handmade in small batches every week by our restaurant's chefs. We use only the healthiest ingredients, like fresh red and habanero peppers, which give the sauce a subtle natural sweetness without any added sweeteners. After cooking the ingredients over a gentle flame, we blend all the ingredients to reach the desired consistency and bottle it. Like our broths, the hot sauce is made in our restaurants in New York City. No third parties, co-packers, factories, or fancy processing involved.
