It is handmade in small batches every day by our restaurant's chefs, using the best free range chicken bones. We make our bone broth the same way its been made for thousands of years: by hand, in a big pot, over a low flame for 18+ hours. The result is rich, gelatinous, and full of essential nutrients.    All of our broths are made in our restaurants in New York City. No third parties, co-packers, factories, or fancy processing involved. We simmer the broth overnight, freeze it, and deliver it straight to your door. G
